The recruitment is divided into two main categories:
1. PNCA Industrial Staff (Lower Formation)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (as of July 1, 2026)
Positions:
Leading Man (BPS-12): Requires B.Tech with 4 years of experience in relevant fields (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, etc.).
Assistant Leading Man (BPS-11): Requires B.Tech with experience or DAE with 4 years of experience.
Civil Apprentice (BPS-07): Matric (Science) with 55% marks. (Age limit: 15–19 years).
2. PNCA Non-Industrial Staff (Lower Formation)
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years (except for specific posts)
Key Positions:
Junior Scientific Assistant (BPS-12): B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry) with experience in lab testing.
Draftsman (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics): Matric with 3-year DAE.
Assistant Examiner (Mechanical/Electrical/Ammunition): B.Sc or DAE in relevant fields.
Civilian Workshop Supervisor (BPS-11): Matric with 3-year DAE in Auto Engineering.
Police Constable / Lady Health Visitor: Specific physical and educational requirements apply.
Drivers (MT/Crane): Middle pass with valid HTV/LTV licenses.
