What data will be deleted?

When you submit a deletion request, the following information associated with your account will be permanently removed from our active databases:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details.

• App Activity: Saved jobs, test preparation progress, and history.

• Device Identifiers: Any specific IDs linked to your account for analytics.

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

How to request data deletion

You can request to have your data deleted through any of the following methods:
